The Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership is a collaboration of health and care organisations. Our goal is to ensure everyone living in our area can live a happy, healthy life.
In everything we do, we are helping local people to: start well, live well, age well and end life well. You can read about our ambitions and our plans here.
We are committed to involving local people as far as possible in the work that we do. We strive to be as open and transparent as possible and want to involve staff and the public in the work we are doing. We want to hear your views and ideas about how we should tackle the challenges our health and care system faces and how we can make improvements to the lives of you, your family and your community.
This website provides a space to share our upcoming, ongoing and past engagement opportunities.
More information about the work of the Partnership and how you can get involved is available on our website here.
The Humber and North Yorkshire partnership area includes North Yorkshire, York, Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire. In total nearly 1.7 million people live here.
The Partnership is made up of NHS organisations, local councils and other organisations that are involved in health and care services. A full list of partner organisations is available here.
