The Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) and the Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) are working across Humber and North Yorkshire (HNY) to improve local maternity and neonatal services for women, birthing people and their families.
We are running this anonymous survey to evaluate the Hospital Trust birth afterthoughts and reflection services offered to families postnatally as a chance for them to ask any questions about their pregnancy and birth experiences.
This is the staff survey and is relevant to anyone working with families during the perinatal period. We are also running a service users survey on a different platform.
