Our patient and public representative group has expanded over the last year, and as we come towards the end of 2025-26, we are keen to evaluate the different projects and programmes the group has and continues to be involved in.
By providing feedback, you can share what you feel has gone well and where improvements can be made in relation to the opportunities for involvement for the group.
The feedback being requested relates to any and all opportunities in 2025 - 2026 so far (April 2025 onwards), and includes pieces of work that are ongoing as well as those that have concluded.
