Your local Healthwatch is your health and social care champion. If you use: doctor's (GP) surgeries, hospitals,  mental health support services, pharmacies, care homes or other support services, we want to hear about your experiences especially during the Covid 19 pandemic.

As an independent statutory body, we have the power to make sure NHS leaders and other decision makers listen to your feedback and improve standards of care.

Healthwatch across the region (Healthwatch North Lincolnshire, Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire, Healthwatch East Riding and Healthwatch Hull) are gathering information about how the Covid-19 pandemic is affecting local Health and Care services.

Question responses and comments provided in the survey will be shared with the relevant service providers, however, personal details such as your name, will not be shared unless you state that we can do so.
